The Charlotte Roller Girls have partnered with the Community Blood Center of the Carolinas to have a blood drive at our July 10th bout. Anyone who gives a pint gets a FREE ticket to our August 14th bout! Just think, you can help save a life and save some dough while you’re at it. After the blood drive, join us inside the Grady Cole Center as the CLTRG All-Stars take on the Cape Fear Roller Girls from Wilmington, NC. The CFRG skaters have been tearing things up on the East coast and are sure to put the pressure on your home town heros. As always, the All-Stars will be up for the challenge and itchin’ for a fight! The rosters for these two fierce competitors will be announced early next week, so check back to see which of your favorite Roller Girls will be gearing up for battle!!
Half time entertainment will be provided by Queen City Dancing Queen, a high-energy dance and fitness group who will get you up and shakin’ it in the stands. This group will inspire you to groove with the music to get in shape – just the thing to help you work off the calories from those PBRs we sell at the bouts (shameless plug for our sponsor).
The doors open Saturday, July 10 at 5:30PM and the bout begins at 6 PM. Tickets are General Admission so get there early for best seats! Buy your advance tickets now only $10 for Adults and $5 for Kids through Friday at The Common Market or Sleepy Poet Antique Mall while supplies last, from your favorite roller girl , or online here. Any remaining tickets will also be sold at the door for $14 Adults and $7 Kids. Plus, age 5 and under get in FREE!
The Grady Cole Center is located at 310 N. Kings Drive. Access to the official after party event, held at the Dilworth Neighborhood Grille 911 E. Morehead Street, is included with the purchase of every adult ticket.
